Shoko Takanashi/Ryoko Yonekura (Main star of Doctor X series) is a former lawyer. Due to an incident, she was disbarred from the law profession. Takanashi persuades a university professor/Hideki Takahashi, who is accredited as a lawyer, to open a law office. She hires a young starting lawyer and a paralegal to work with them. The team goes after for legal victory for those who have been accused wrongfully. They go up against a large firm in a civil suit. In return; Ranmaru will work as a bathhouse attendant. Then the president of the local hot spring union, Ishihara, rushes in and informs a dead body has been found in the river nearby. All things brings a great turmoil in this mini-drama series.
