Our foreign guests enjoyed hot pots both at an Italian restaurant and at a Japanese home. Suo-oshima Island in Yamaguchi Prefecture has developed a "tangerine hot pot" with their signature agriculture product, tangerine oranges, aiming to revitalize their town. We also made a visit to the company that invented cassette gas stoves, something indispensable for serving hot pots at home.
