Shogo Kai/Yuji Oda is a partner at a law firm in Marunouchi, Tokyo. He brings back Daiki Suzuki/Yuto Nakajima to his law firm from Boston. Kai then assigns Daiki to a case. The case involves a large publishing company as they are sued by a former contract worker. The former contract worker insists her idea for a novel was stolen by the publishing company.

Shogo Kai/Yuji Oda is a lawyer at one of the big 4 law firms in Japan. He is good at his job, but he is arrogant. Kai only thinks about winning and he thinks the only way to satisfy his clients is to win. He is getting close to becoming a senior partner at the law firm. Kai's boss worries about his focus on winning above all else. As a condition of his promotion at the law firm, his boss asks him to hire a young lawyer as an associate. Kai interviews prospective young lawyers and meets Daiki Suzuki/Yuto Nakajima. Suzuki has high intelligence and his memory ability is amazing.

When Suzuki was a child, he lost his parents in an accident. He was raised by his grandmother in Shizuoka. Because of financial difficulties, he works part-time jobs. Suzuki was eligible to take the bar exam at one point, but he got caught taking university entrance exams for other people. He was then expelled from high school and banned from taking the bar exam. After moving to Tokyo, Suzuki takes part in petty crimes to make money, like taking exams for other people. He needs to make big money though because of his sick grandmother. He faces the biggest crisis in his life and then meets Shogo Kai.

Tsubaki Sanjuro *Yuji Oda EN Subtitled ~Reuploaded 4/12/16

Yuji Oda, one of the top stars in Japan, has a lot of fun playing the scruffy master-less samurai who calls himself Tsubaki Sanjuro (the thirty-year- old Camelia). He's rude and cynical and domineering, but still willing to help the innocent-but- hopeless young samurai rescue their chamberlain from a group of corrupt officials. There's a lot of bloodless sword action, though the sound effects are pretty descriptive. Director Yoshimitsu Morita gives the film a light touch, and it flows by quickly, which is perfect for this generation.

Kencho no Hoshi *Yuji Oda & Kou Shibasaki

Satoru Nomura/Yuji Oda is the hero, he is young, with a brilliant career ahead of him. He has little feelings, saved condescension, for the people he is supposed to serve. Instead he has been slaving on a huge seaside development for the elderly, if given the green light (or rather, the right hanko/signature stamp), it will put him on the inside track to the top. Where he knows he belongs. He is also preparing to marry the beautiful daughter of a construction company president who holds all the keys to the political and bureaucratic kingdoms. Nomura is sent to Mantendo, a third-rate supermarket sliding into oblivion. His trainer, Aki Ninomiya/Kou Shibasaki, is a hard-shelled part-timer in her mid-20's who takes an immediate dislike to him. Clearly, someone has made a mistake.
Rather than try to make nice with his new colleagues and customers, Nomura stays rigid. Ninomiya, is straightforward, down-to-earth type who kowtows to no one, not even Kencho-san (Nomura's moniker among the store employees, which translates as Mr. Prefectural Government). These two butt heads from day one -- and it soon becomes obvious the entire store agrees with Ninomiya: The new guy is a cross they have to bear and keep, as much as possible, out of the way.
