Due to the economic recession, the orchestra is shut down. The members hear later that the orchestra will be reformed by an anonymous female caller with a Kansai area dialect. Few member of the group who have not yet been rehired, gather for this orchestra; thinking that they'll be compensated for their performance. For the first time since they disbanded the orchestra plays together, but they sound extremely horrible! During the groups rehearsal at factory site, an older construction worker is making a lot of noise. Later to find, the conductor Tetsusaburo Tendou/Toshiyuki Nishida appears in front of them on stage in his dirty work clothes; holding a hammer to lead the rehearsal...

Chonmage Purin *Ryo Nishikido EN Subtitled

Divorcée Hiroko/Rie Tomosaka struggles with work-life balance issues as she tries to raise her son Tomoya/Fuku Suzuki as a single-mother while holding a full-time job. Salvation arrives in the unlikely form of Edo-era samurai Yasubei/Ryo Nishikido mystically transported to the present day. In need of food and shelter, he discovers the culinary delights of puddings and desserts. A deal is hatched whereby he devotes himself to household chores in return for food and lodging, allowing Hiroko to forge ahead in her career. However, Yasubei's growing patisserie talents will bring tension to the deal. Hiroko divorces her husband because he was an unreformed male - and yet finds a suitable replacement in a samurai, the embodiment of patriarchal ideals. This could all make for some insightful comment on contemporary Japan and gender roles, but these strands remain undermined as the film follows predictable lines by having Yasubei enter a cake-baking contest, with the ill-prepared Tomoya by his side. Despite one cute scene with white chocolate transformed to snow, the interpersonal relationships, notions of displacement, role, and work-life balance are all under-realized in the end. Quite simply, the film builds up nicely.

I wanted to share a short video I found on Youtube. I met Guy on the video. He really inspired me this past week. I look his name up on Youtube and found this video. It gave really good energy, which I wanted to share with you all. He gives the answer for success!

Murakami Midori has a caring younger husband, Jun, and a son in elementary school named Kenta. She leads a blissful life as a speech therapist. Happiness which she has obtained after being the depths of despair because of her first love broke his promise to come and get her if he became a doctor. One day she is diagnosed with liver cancer. Furthermore, the surgery is very difficult and she is told that there is only one doctor who can operate on her, and save her life. Jun implores the doctor who is returning from Paris to Japan temporarily, to do Midori’s operation but is rejected. However, the professor emeritus at the alma mater that he operated on dies and he accepts Midori’s surgery in order to restore his reputation. Midori with Jun meets the specialist to perform the surgery, but the doctor that appears before her is the person she least wants to meet. It is Mishima Tadasu, her first love (Hatsukoi). Midori leaves this meeting and refuses the surgery because of Mishima. She later decides to have the surgery to live for the sake of her family, which she loves the most. The drama is filled with lots of emotion, Midori and Mishima re-ignite and see what turns out at the end...
